My services

For those with statutory insurance, the costs of my midwifery services are covered by the health insurance company. Those with private insurance should clarify coverage with their insurance company beforehand.

I live in Haimhausen and support women and families within a radius of about 20 kilometers.

I would be delighted if you would contact me early so we can meet in person. I currently have availability for October, November, and December 2025, as well as from February 2026.

Please understand that I will not be able to provide childcare during my vacation from September 12th to September 28th, 2025.

pregnancy

I'm happy to accompany you from the moment you get a positive pregnancy test and provide advice and support for any questions, fears, and concerns you may have. Appointments with your partner or older siblings are also possible.

I am happy to advise you on all topics related to pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period – be it birthplace, baby equipment, nutrition, or, or, or...

postpartum

I offer high-quality, personalized postpartum support—with plenty of time, empathy, and reliability. I take the time to listen to your questions, concerns, and needs—without any rush or time pressure.

During the postpartum period, I will visit you regularly at home. This allows you to recover in a familiar environment while I provide you and your baby with expert and loving support.

For women with statutory insurance, I bill the health insurance company directly for traditional postnatal care. There are no additional costs for you. Those with private insurance should clarify coverage with their insurance company beforehand, although they usually fully reimburse midwifery care.

A quota of services is agreed upon with the health insurance companies through the midwifery assistance contract. I will explain the scope to you at our initial consultation.

Birth preparation

I currently offer birth preparation courses at the Center for Families in Freising – Friday evenings and Saturday mornings and afternoons. You can register directly via the center's website . Course fees are generally covered by health insurance; only the partner fee is private.

A heartfelt wish – a baby. But before this wish can come true, many couples want to establish themselves professionally and be financially secure. When the right time finally arrives, the joy is great – but the surprise and disappointment are often even greater when the long-awaited pregnancy doesn't materialize.

When the desire to have a child doesn't come true as quickly as hoped, impatience, doubt, and insecurities often arise. These can often trigger stress and disrupt hormone balance. Lifestyle optimization and Kundalini Yoga can restore balance.

I would be happy to support you with my knowledge from training and further education in nutrition, Ayurveda and yoga.
